ERIN STERN VIDEO TRAINER: Behind the Scenes

The Bodybuilding.com Video Crew just wrapped on our next Video Trainer featuring 2-Time Figure Ms. Olympia and Track Athlete Erin Stern. And Dymatize formulator Dr. Jacob Wilson.

It was a 5-Day production beginning on a Saturday and Wrapping the following Wednesday. We shot in a rad new gym in Nampa called Gym State Strength and Conditioning. It was a ton of work but also a ton of fun.
